In addition to the skills of the individual attorneys at the Bell Law Firm, the firm has its own private investigator on staff for civil and criminal cases. Shayne Cooper served with distinction with the Knoxville Police Department for fifteen years. Mr. Cooper's experience in accident investigation, criminal defense investigation and techniques, is yet another cutting edge commitment to the clients. The investigation cost is computed in the fee schedule for the client, not based upon independent investigation cost.
