Lawyers List: In 2004 Mr. Bell
was featured in a statewide magazine, Business TN, in the Best 101 Lawyers List
for 2003 in the state of Tennessee. Of the 101 Lawyers, only five other
attorneys were named in the Criminal Defense Litigation Section. Mr. Bell was
also featured in the Best 101 Lawyers List for 2004 as one of only six
attorneys. Mr. Bell was again featured in Best 150 Lawyers List for 2005.
Again, only five other attorneys were named in the Criminal Defense Litigation
Section.

Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (TACDL) is a non-profit,
statewide organization that provides professional support and service to
criminal defense attorneys and citizens of Tennessee.

outstanding service towards furthering the goals of Criminal Justice
Mr. Bell has been a guest speaker
and commentator on Donahue, Nightline, Good Morning America, local and statewide
news channels, and local statewide, and national radio programs.
Additionally, Mr. Bell has served
several terms on the board of deacon of his home church; serves and has served
on the board of directors of various community non-profit organizations, and is
very active in community affairs.
