Governmental regulations control professional licenses that regulate the livelihood of most of the professional occupations in Tennessee. The United States government likewise has created administrative boards that govern and regulates most industries including housing and development. The Law Offices of James A.H. Bell, P.C. has historically represented (and continues to represent) licensed professionals governed by the various state and federal administrative boards that supervise the behavior and conduct of its licensee.  Our broad trial experience canvases contested cases before the Court of the Judiciary, where we have represented judges for professional misconduct that did not give rise to criminal prosecution; to the holders of liquor licenses before the Alcohol Beverage Commission and the local city government that sought to put the establishments out of business for various allegations of misconduct; to physicians, for allegations of professional misconduct; to other professionals, most of which are listed below.
