RICHARD L. HOLCOMB

 

Mr. Holcomb attended David Lipscomb University for undergraduate studies.  Mr. Holcomb went on to attend the University of Tennessee College of Law.  Mr. Holcomb achieved tremendous academic success in both institutions. 

Mr. Holcomb currently focuses his practice primarily on white collar and “high crimes” criminal defense.  Mr. Holcomb has participated in the litigation, at both the trial and appellate level, of several of the highest profile cases in Tennessee throughout the past several years.  Recently, Mr. Holcomb has attained national notoriety for his work involving controlled substance taxation.  Specifically, Mr. Holcomb has an article published in “The Champion” magazine, an academic and informational resource for criminal defense lawyers nationwide, regarding the constitutionality of controlled substance taxation.
